By accessing or using the CurateAI mobile application ("App") or www.curateai.net ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

CurateAI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
Use the app to spread spam or harmful content.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property in the app and website are owned by STILO FUTURE LLC. You may not use our branding without permission.

5. User Data

By using CurateAI, you allow us to process data to personalize your experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

CurateAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability of recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STILO FUTURE LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
